Daniel Wendt, drum major for the Golden Band from Tigerland, served as the master of ceremonies for “SADD Shines.” Wendt is a 2012 graduate of Denham Springs High and was a member of the school’s SADD affiliate, Jackets Against Destructive Decisions (JADD).
