Live Oak Middle students took part in an Easter egg hunt Wednesday, April 5.

During the hunt, around 300 students raced around a field in the back of campus to snatch as many eggs as they could. It took less than five minutes for the students to grab all 3,000 eggs scattered across the field.

The eggs contained a variety of prizes, such as gift cards, free dress vouchers, and money. Among the eggs were three golden eggs that each contained a grand prize of $100.

The Easter egg hunt served as a fundraiser for teacher appreciation week.
